Your final test are two strength tests. Most of the test is not in the numbers that you out up but in knowing the numbers you can put up. Some could consider the deadlift an “idiot test” as in getting hurt will prove what it is really measuring. The first 4 weeks of our prep is not a place to prove a point. Be smart then give a good effort. Warm up and work up to weight and take as much time as you need for mobility or priming. If you are not nervous then you aren’t probably framing the test correctly or understanding the risk.
