Phase One Week One
Today we introduce the first swim. Swimming is a very technical sport, but the real training stimulus we are looking for is not in the speed of movement, but the comfortability and time exposure in the water.
Warm:
3x5 Shoulder CARs

Option 1: Swim 10x 50m
Option 2: Bike for 30min MAF HR

100x push ups
every 10 do 1x burpee add one burpee every 10 reps
