Phase One Week One
Session 2 and we are in the gym working on GPP. Much of this is about varying movement patterns while affecting the aerobic system positively. The pace should be consistent and considering of the rest of the week’s volume.

Calories on a machine
Every 5 min do 10x sandbag/ D-ball deadlift + 20m carry
