Rest Day

Rest is a conscious act. We are specifically not stressing the nervous system by incurring more aerobic or muscular stimulus but that doesn’t mean we can’t work at promoting the healing process. This mobility work is the foundation to remaining injury free and we highly recommend that good effort goes into it.
