The second running focused session is just about building volume, however good you feel, maintain the pace and try to detect the inflection point for when your heart rate or effort needs to increase in order to maintain the desired pace
Warm:
3x30 sec Knee CARs (each leg)
3x10m of each
Work
40-50 min Run at MAF HR
Finish
60x push ups in as few sets as possible
60x sit ups
