These long sessions are about just moving. Most of what we figure out by long distance work is how to care for our feet, what to drink and how often. If you are running, ensure you are taking time to notice the details of your HR data and don’t push past what would be a good enough signal. The first 4 weeks are still about adapting to the minimal dose and we will have plenty of opportunity to increase the pressure in Phase Two
