Phase One Week Four
As one of the major rest days before testing week, we should be examining how well we are tolerating the training. Is it too easy? or are you a bit beat up? Answering this is not a personal judgment but a way to accurately assess what is stress and what is rest. Days like these should add to your sense of recovery

Role feet on lax ball
Ankle, Shoulder, Hip, and Spine CARs
5x 30/30 Step up/ rest
5x 30/30 3rd world squat/ Couch stretch
Walk 18k steps at least.
