This session is really about testing the legs to see how a variety of aerobic efforts effects them. The pace for the run should be fast, not all out but quick.
Warm:
5 rounds:
10x lunges
10x squats
10x push ups
3x Hip CARs
Work:
Every 6:00 Minutes for 8 Rounds
-20 Split Jumps
-400m Run
-20 Air Squats
