Escape Velocity is where the vocabulary starts to make sense. Across 38 guided sessions you move through the core concepts of general physical preparedness — pacing, efficiency, fatigue, mobility, and the mechanics of real strength — one idea at a time.
This isn't a checklist of exercises. Each session isolates a single concept and teaches you how to feel it, question it, and apply it to your own practice. By the end you don't just know what to do — you know why.
