Training for performance creates deficiency.

Fixing deficiency unlocks performance

A 30-second diagnostic identifies which of four training channels is actually holding you back — then we send you a free week of OLLIN training built around YOUR deficiency.

01  /  The Frame

You've had it backwards.

Every program you've ever run has asked the same question: how do I get better at what I'm already doing? More weight on the lifts you can lift. More miles in the zone you can sustain. More volume in the patterns your body already knows.

That question is why your training stopped working.

Because the honest question — the one almost nobody asks — is the opposite. What am I not doing that's stopping everything else?

There's always an answer. It's specific. It's yours. And it's the highest-leverage piece of information you can have about your training.

02  /  The Argument

The constraint is the method.

Every trainee has one capacity that's degraded more than the others. Sometimes it's obvious. Usually it's the thing they've been quietly avoiding for years — the type of work they skip, the intensity they don't touch, the movement pattern they've convinced themselves isn't a priority.

That's not a discipline problem. The discipline is not in the effort — it is in the ability to see yourself.

Specialists get stuck because they trained what they were already good at. Generalists keep moving because they trained what they were missing.

A body with no significant deficit across any major capacity outperforms a body with impressive strength in one domain and failures everywhere else — not on a leaderboard, but in the life you're actually living.

The Constraint Method is how we identify the deficiency and point the training at it.

Two questions. Four possible answers. One of them is yours.

03  /  The Four Channels

Two systems.
Two expressions.

The first question: which system is more deficient — your muscular system or your aerobic system? The second: within that system, is the limitation at the top end — output — or below it — efficiency?

Output Efficiency
Muscular Aerobic

One of these is yours.

The diagnostic tells you which.
