072 : 001 The Quest S2E4 Lower
This session really highlights how easy it is to overlook certain aspects, like not prepping the joints you are going to train, or overdosing some aspects by not knowing how bad it is going to be. Remember, we are looking for effective dose, nothing more, nothing less. I come form a background that values getting all the work done that you write down. However helpful this was to help me develop a work ethic in my you ger years, it can really backfire because I now have an emotional attachment to an aspect that is arbitrary. In this program we want to let that idea go. I’m not lazy for understanding that I made a mistake in what I thought I could do, nor do I lack integrity because I change it once I feel I have had enough. I want you to do the same. What works for me might be too much for you, or might not be enough. I left everything written here in case you actually did want to add the finisher.
