Michael Blevins pressing overhead
From the coach behind Zack Snyder's Superman

Ten weeks of training designed by the coach who built Superman.

Michael Blevins trained Henry Cavill for Man of Steel, Batman v Superman, and Justice League — then adapted that methodology for people with real schedules. About an hour, three sessions a week.

The complete program

What's inside the Quest.

Ten weeks, programmed day by day. Every session is gym-tested before it ships. None of it is written by AI.

/ 01

Day-by-day structured sessions

Ten weeks of creative, interesting programming for lean muscle, mobility, and strength — a guided experience, not a spreadsheet.

/ 02

31 in-depth videos

Every session has been tested — then its adjustments and points of interest are covered in 31 in-depth videos, with a linked demo for every movement.

/ 03

The 26-page nutrition guide

Eating for lean mass without calorie apps or macro obsession. Principles that hold up long-term.

/ 04

Mobility woven in

Range-of-motion work is built into every session — not appended at the end. Your joints improve as your strength does.

The method

Built around what you can recover from — not what looks good on a spreadsheet.

  1. 01

    Sensation based

Learn to feel what's working — which muscles, where tension lives, what's actually changing — before chasing the next number on a bar.

  2. 02

    Mobility integrated

Range-of-motion work is the connective tissue between every set, every session — never an afterthought.

  3. 03

    Intention over volume

An hour three times a week with focus beats two hours a day done sloppy. The program is built around what you can recover from and get better by.

Two decades · One purpose

The film work makes the headlines. The knowledge comes from somewhere else.

Twenty years applying these techniques at the highest level of multiple industries. Actors. Athletes. Soldiers. CEOs. They are all just people — the difference is that they had access to knowledge like this.

Training stops being a guessing game. It becomes a practice that develops not only your physical body, but your emotional and psychological health as well.

What it feels like.

My hands are shaking as I try to type this out.

Devastating but can't really pin down how. Burned all over. Arms hanging like a puppet's.

I can almost put my ass on the floor during a third-world squat. Super efficient. A great experience.

Common questions

Before you begin.

How long are the sessions?
About an hour, three sessions a week — and the Quest is built so it can be integrated with other training styles.
Do I need a gym?
Yes — you'll need access to basic equipment: barbells, dumbbells, cables, and a bench. A standard commercial gym has everything you need.
Is this for beginners?
You should have some training experience — this isn't a learn-to-lift program. If you've been going to a gym for at least six months, you have enough foundation. The sessions meet you where you are.
What makes this different?
Most programs hand you a spreadsheet and call it coaching. The Quest teaches you to feel what you're doing — which muscles are working, where tension is accumulating, what's actually changing.
What happens after the ten weeks?
Nothing expires. You'll be prepared to explore a library of specialized programs and over 2,000 creative training sessions — all written and tested by world-class coaches and athletes. Or cancel anytime.
How does billing work?
$42/month until you cancel. Cancel in two clicks from your account.
