STOA is a private space for people who take their work, their body, and their time seriously. Membership is by application only. There are no tours, no free trials, and no sales calls. We ask questions because who shares this space matters more than how many people share it.

This application is the first part of a two-step process. If your written responses indicate alignment, we will invite you for an in-person conversation at the space — we may ask that you train with us, or join us for a conversation in the sauna, depending on what we need answered. It is also a chance for you to learn anything you want about us.

Take your time. There is no clock on this page, and nothing is scored. Write the way you would speak.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. If we see alignment, we will reach out within one week to schedule an in-person conversation at the space. If we don't reach out, it simply means the current cohort isn't the right fit — not that you aren't.
STOA is located in Salt Lake City.
Membership requires the ability to use the space in person.
