Not dead yet.
Neither are you. So why train like your best years are behind you?
The fitness industry sells two products: youth worship and decline management. Nothing for the person still in the fight. Training is not a rescue mission and it is not a eulogy. It is the practice of staying dangerous, capable, and curious for decades.
An age of manufactured fragility.
People treat their physical peak as a closed chapter — or one that was never written. They move with hesitation. They accept the grimace of getting out of bed as a tax for simply being alive.
For years, the industry sold us a lie. It told us fitness was a spreadsheet, a guru, a mindless grind — a punishment to endure for a gold-painted plastic trophy. We were complicit. We chased numbers on a bar and sacrificed our joints, our backs, and our vitality to get them. We treated our bodies as adversaries, forcing them into submission until they finally broke.
Most programs are still that model: athletic peaking templates built for a twenty-five-year-old's single season, handed to everyone else with lighter weights and lowered expectations. They break people, or they bore them.
We spent two decades proving there is a better way to build undeniable capability — in the military, on the big screen, and on some of the world's biggest sport stages. We don't do spreadsheets. We don't do boring. Training here is a living conversation with the body, not an argument. Sessions run under an hour, three days a week, mobility woven into the work rather than bolted on, every session built around what a body can actually recover from. Written by a coach. Tested in a gym. None of it by AI.
We do not train to destroy ourselves. We train to build.

Intention over volume
Every session is written and tested by world-class athletes and built to develop strength and attention — never to deplete.
Written by someone still in it.
Michael Blevins has spent twenty years preparing people for realities that don't negotiate — soldiers, mountain athletes, actors carrying physically brutal roles (he was the trainer behind Henry Cavill's Superman across three films), competitors on world stages.
The system on this page is that same body of work, written down and delivered as a membership.
From people still in the fight.
I am grateful to everyone involved in designing this incredibly thoughtful program for reigniting my motivation and curiosity. It goes so much further than the gym. Thank you.
This program has been really meaningful for me. I feel fitter and more capable than I have for a long time, which is invaluable. I have learned a lot about where I stand, where I should push and where I shouldn't.
Really enjoyed this program. Has highlighted a few areas of weakness that I have (sub)consciously hidden from. Also given me great ideas and direction for my own coaching.
Perhaps the only fitness app where 'why' is explored and explained so contemplatively. Unlike and better than anything out there.
Member since day 1. It's come soooo far. So good you won't want to tell your friends. Like a secret. But you should.
This app has made me less reliant on generic programs and more curious about the depths of my own capabilities. I feel more autonomous when it comes to making decisions about my own fitness.
Before you begin.

Still here. Train like it.
We reject the rust, the stiffness. We reject the idea that aging demands a slow retreat from the physical world. We choose to work, because what works persists.
